AI Consulting Services: Use, Configure, Integrate, Build or Don't
GrowAILab does not assume the answer is custom AI. Service work starts with the decision: use native capability, configure the current platform, integrate systems, build a missing capability, or do not intervene yet.
01
Which AI consulting services does GrowAILab provide?
AI Ownership Scorecard, AI Ownership Audit, AI opportunity mapping, prioritization, governance, roadmap and adoption design.
02
When does a business need executive AI ownership?
External CAIO provides ongoing executive ownership of priorities, sequencing, governance, vendor decisions, implementation oversight and KPI review.
03
How does GrowAILab implement AI?
Separately scoped AI and automation implementation can use existing products, GrowAILabOS, workflow automation, custom software or vendor-native AI where justified.
06
Which GrowAILab service should a business start with?
The right starting point depends on how clear the problem and ownership gap already are. The Scorecard is the default first diagnostic, while a clearly defined implementation or fixed-scope product can use a more direct route.
- AI Ownership Scorecard: free directional diagnostic for ownership, strategy, process, adoption, governance and measurement gaps.
- AI Ownership Audit: paid standalone diagnosis and prioritized 90-day roadmap when the business needs structured decisions before implementation.
- External CAIO: ongoing executive ownership when priorities, governance, vendors and implementation need one accountable leader.
- Implementation: separately scoped build/configuration work when the required outcome is sufficiently defined.
07
Does GrowAILab always recommend custom AI?
No. The recommendation can be GrowAILabOS, another product, workflow automation, custom software, process redesign or no AI. The company-level method is intentionally tool-neutral so the commercial decision comes before the build preference.
QUESTIONS
Common questions
Do all clients start with an Audit?
No. The default acquisition path starts with the Scorecard, but a clear fixed-scope product or already-defined implementation may use a direct route.
Is implementation included in External CAIO?
No. Implementation is separately scoped unless explicitly contracted.
Can you recommend that we do nothing?
Yes. A credible recommendation can be to fix the process first, use an existing product or not implement AI yet.
