Scope
This policy covers information submitted through GrowAILab.com and the AI Ownership Scorecard. It does not override the separate privacy terms of third-party tools you choose to connect or use.

Information you may provide
The Scorecard may collect contact details, company context and diagnostic answers when you choose to submit them. Contact forms may collect the information you choose to provide. Do not submit confidential customer data through public forms.

Purpose
Submitted information may be used to provide the requested diagnostic or response, route an enquiry, maintain records of the interaction and, only where separate marketing consent is given, send relevant updates.

Marketing consent
Marketing consent is separate from providing a requested score, report or response. You should be able to unsubscribe from marketing communications.

Security and retention
GrowAILab uses server-side secret handling, data minimization and retention practices appropriate to the information collected. No provider secrets are exposed in browser code.

Third parties
Third-party services used for hosting, email, CRM, scheduling or connected tools have their own terms and privacy practices.
GrowAILab may use MailerLite to store contact details and a limited Scorecard summary for lead management and follow-up. Marketing consent is recorded separately; completing the Scorecard does not by itself grant consent to marketing emails.
